Appearance

The appearance standard at FGO is second to none.

All team members regardless of position or location are subjected to rigorous inspections prior to entering the building. This inspection includes verification of the following articles of clothing: Is your uniform shirt on a hanger? Do your pants/shorts match that of your partner? Are you wearing 100% black shoes? Are your socks completely black? Is your identification badge visible? Does the contract carrier have a valid license and medical card? After all of these items are inspected completely the individual is then allowed to pass the threshold and enter the building. The appearance standard is a large part of the FGO culture and helps to ensure the folks that are delivering to our end consumers are representing not only FGO but our retail partners as well.
