Tote Program

Preparation is one of many keys to success.

With that being said how many times has a delivery failed all or in part because something necessary to complete it was missing at the time of delivery? This has happened to all of us at one point in time or another so FGO designed a way to be better prepared to handle these situations by equipping each truck with a "tote". The contents of this tote can be found below. We believe having these items on hand will allow our delivery professionals the opportunity to recover from minor situations and complete these deliveries the 1st time. The end result is improved customer satisfaction and less re-delivery costs. Our tote program is audited weekly by our local management team. Any items that need replenishment are at this time.
